How our muscles perform when working out comes from what we feed ourselves. However, in a world obsessed with being thin, casually using our favorite four letter “f-word” in a sentence about being fit is almost as bad as confessing one’s love for carbohydrates. Eating adequate calories is important to build and increase muscle mass. It is critical to obtain many of your calories from protein sources. Eating lots of fresh green and other colorful vegetables provides more healthy calories and serves as the perfect complement to your protein-rich sources.
Nevertheless, our human body is very smart and adapts quickly. The muscles will quickly adapt to a workout; therefore, if the same routine is used with no change or new stimulus results will be slower and progress will soon come to a halt. There are several ways to change a routine. Increase the weight, increase the repetitions or sets, increase or decrease the speed of the exercise, eat right and do strength training. As such, you’ll soon be on your way to the body you want having all those things in its right perspective.
