A Serious Growing Problem
A study released earlier this month found that one in five teenagers has abnormal levels of cholesterol and therefore an increased risk of heart disease. Other weight-related diseases typically associated with obesity – including high blood pressure, diabetes, and arthritis – are being found not only in adults but also in younger and younger teens. Though some people believes it’s a serious growing problem, but some are most frustrated in trying to get rid of belly fat. Not only it is unattractive but also dangerous and could increase a person’s risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke and some types of illnesses. Getting rid of belly fat is difficult with exercise alone; a good fat burner may be just what you need.
